can i please be sent the diet plan to??? i have trailed through the forum and not found it. i gained 1 and a half stones with pcos, i have been on metaformin for about 8months however my gyn wants to take me off this now. i have lost about 6 pounds so far. any diet advice would be great!!!!!!!!x
