Soups without pasta or a lot of potatoes would be a good quick and easy hot meal. You can have a sandwich every once in a while but use whole grain bread not white and watch your deli meats (ham is cured with sugar.)Try to stick with fresh fruits and veggies and lean meats.

Are you on any medications for the PCOS?
