Try following the basis of a diabetic diet--

No processed sugars or refined carbs--white rice, etc.. Try having SMALLER portions of brown rice or grains and larger portions of the meats, vegetables, fishes...

That's the best way I could tell you to manage a diabetic diet for indian food--really the only thing you can do is cut back the servings of "bad carbs" like rice and try to replace white rice(which is worse, especially high glycemic ones like korean rice (basmati is less bad)) with brown rice... also increase your intake of protiens, add some fruit with no added sugars and more vegetables.

Good luck.
