Diets: Low carb is generally not the best idea for someone who has pcos/insulin resistance etc... You definately want to cut processed sugars as much as you can, even completely if you can handle it.. The reason you are still hungry is because you aren't getting any fats, is my guess. Try following something like "the zone" diet where it balances your protien, etc, and gives you the minimum amount of fat that you'd need per meal (like 7 macadamia nuts)--beacuse fat is what triggers your body to know it's full, and tells you you aren't hungry anymore. (that's why candy is bad--the fat in a snickers tells you that you're full but the sugar tells you you're still hungry and you crave it) So yeah try something like a diabetic diet (everything in moderation--don't cut out carbs completely and if you cut them alot make sure the carbs you have are whole grains so you get enough fiber) or the zone.
