Update on my weight loss plan (14 pounds loss)

Hello, I am back and have been continuing my Herbalife weight losss plan. I posted a few other messages detailing the diet and my progress so far. I just thought it would be good to keep you posted on my progress so that if anybody wanted to know if it worked for people with PCOS they would have an answer. I know that not all diets work for everyone. This is actually the first diet I have ever been on. I never thought that I would have to diet before. Although, I am sure you know how PCOS works. I think the older you get the harder it is to keep a handle on your weight. I just turned 25 last week. I began putting on weight when I was about 23. Anyway, I started this diet on June 21, 2003 at 167lbs and 5'4 tall. It has been about 8 weeks so far. My weight now is 153. I have lost 14lbs already. I am so happy!! I feel really good about myself because it seems to be working. I don't think this diet is that hard to stick with either. Well, I don't want to write a whole book so I am going to go now.
