HI Connie - Forgive this stupid question about your recipe, but I want to be sure I cook it correctly!! You write 4-5 Boneless Skin - Do you mean skinless or should the skin be on? I'm not much of a cook - not sure if it makes a big difference. But your recipe sounds so easy and good - I want to be sure I get it right! Thanks! AmyK
