The zone, and the atkins diet. you don't have to eat a lot of fatty red meats. you could eat chicken or fish or whatever. since i FOUND OUT I HAD PCOS I GAINED 80 pounds. lucky me!ha! ha!.. anyways i hvae lost 17 lbs already. take e=mail me back.. if you have any questions you want me to ask a doc at work let me know! my e-mail address is http://www.littlelady97045@yahoo.com take care! oh yeah i forgot make sure you you hit the gym at least 3 days a week.. and drink plenty of water...
