The PCOSA is pleased to announce the availability of scholarships to attend our 6th annual 2003 Conference "Keys to Living with PCOS", October 16 - 19 in Atlanta, to be awarded to a deserving person who would otherwise not be able to afford it financially. This opportunity is being made available thanks to the generosity of our sponsors which include Northside Hospital, Ferring Pharmaceuticals, Serono and Nature's Pharmaceuticals. A total of TEN scholarships will be awarded. Scholarships will cover registration and special event fees for the conference. To cover the costs of transportation to the conference and rooming while at the event, we encourage those who seek scholarships to find roommate(s) or travel arrangements through our message boards, which are located on our conference web site at http://www.pcosupport.org/events/conference.php. The following guidelines have been established for the scholarship award. APPLICANT: **Must provide all contact details including full name, address, phone number and email address. **Must have e-mail communication capability. **Must attend the entire conference from October 16 - 19, 2003 and all associated special events. **Must identify the need for a scholarship in a written request. **After notification of award, will be required to register for the conference. Scholarship recipients will be selected based upon need and the ability to meet the other requirements. Please note that all scholarship awards will be completely confidential. If you are interested in a scholarship, please email the information requested to scholarships@pcosupport.org by August 22, 2003.
