Hi I have been feeling awful for about three years now since I was diagnosed with pcos. What does the whole food diet consist of in terms of meals? It sound so wonderful-I eat relatively small amounts - but i must admit it does tend to be bread and potatoes i crave. I get very shaky if I dont eat them. I lead a very active life - i m a groom and spend all day working physically and horse riding. This makes no difference-in fact I just seem to be getting muscular underneath the fat. Please help me and send me details of the diet or anything else that could help me. I would be so grateful as i really am getting depressed at how unable i am to shift those pounds - I should be slim-but im not! Please help me! regards sarah jane dyer
