Hi elizabeth I have been feeling awful for about three years now since I was diagnosed with pcos. What is the vitamin diet? It sound so wonderful-i cant imagine being able to look at myself without disgust or bitterness at how my own body is betraying me. I feel as though it no longer follows logical energy output means weight control thinking! I eat relatively small amounts and lead a very active life - i m a groom and spend all day working physically and horse riding. This makes no difference-in fact I just seem to be getting muscular underneath the fat. Please help me and send me details of the vitamin diet or anything else that could help me. I would be so grateful as i really am getting depressed at how unable i am to shift those pounds - I should be slim-but im not! Please help me! regards sarah jane dyer
