Hello my name is Leslie I am now 24 and I have had PCOS since I started puberty around 10. I developed early and had boobs at the age of 9 that was a b cup and girls use to laugh at me and said that they weren't real, they were fake. I wasn't dignost until October of 2002. a inner ultra sound proved that my ovaries were the size of a grapefruit. I have since fertility doctors and have taken many different pills like clomid and gloucaphage to start my periods and to get pregnant. I have not been successful yet and in December 27,02 I under went a surgery of Ovarian Drilling to release my eggs and to help my peroid. My doctor wanted to take my ovaries out when he saw them durig the surgery but, he left them in knowning that i wanted to try to concieve a child. I have been married for 2 years and have been with him for a total of 3 1/2. I think a little bit after we got to gether I think I had a miscarriage. I didn't have insurance or money to go to the doctor. When I had my surgery he said that i looked like I did suffer from a miscarriage and that is hard for me. I have been wanting a child for a long time and I can't have one. I was wondering if anyones husband was checked while trying to concieve, to see if there sperm was okay. I want mine checked to make sure that it is me that is causing the problem and not time. Around April 03 I joined a local Curves and started exercising and watching what I was eating. I was lossing wieght and inches also. Now that I moved out of state, now live in Kentucky, it seems to hit me more that I have pcos and that I want a child or the fact that I have facial hair, hair on my belly, feet and my butt. It is embarrising to me. My husband don't mind. When I was 16 i wieghed 140lbs, and now at 24 I am the heaviest I have ever wieght at 250lbs. Will someone please write me at my email and give me some diet tips or words of incouragement. Sometime I feel like i don't want to be here on earth. I believe that god put me here on earth to be a mother and to raise a child. I can't do that. I thought that women at my age can get pregnant easy. I even tell my husband that I don't want to be here. He is the greatest. He sees me though everything and all my mood swings. I guess I am so lucky he loves me know matter what. Thank you for listening to me and will someone please write me at Leslies95stang@yahoo.com. Leslie
