Hi Karren, I have just started the Herbalife diet and am in my 4th week. I am currently at 9lb weight loss. I am 5'4 and when I started I weighed 167lb, I am now at 158lb. I too really need to lose about 45lbs. My goal is to be between 120 and 125lbs. I started on the Green program and am going to swich to the Gold when the Green runs out. I want to know if you think that I will lose a lot more on the Gold. With the Green diet I noticed most of my weight loss during the 1st week 5lbs. Then over the last 3 weeks I have only lost about 4lbs. Do you think that once I start the Gold program the weight will come off easier? If I do the calculations and lose 9lbs a month then in 3 months I will have lost 27lbs. You said you lost 45 in 3 months. I really wonder if it is the Gold program that will do the trick. I have PCOS and am wondering if you do as well. When I asked the lady who I got the product from about PCOS she had never heard of it. I told her my hormones were out of wack and she suggested me take the womens pills for hormones. Do you think they are safe for women with PCOS. It seemed like they were more for Menopause or something like that. Please reply with any suggestions or advise. Thanks, Cheryl
