Elizbeth, my name is Ann Marie, and i had been diagonised with PCOS at the age of 13, I have a serious weight problem, with my bust gaining cup sizes to me monthly (Smile).

I would be interested in your diet, as I have run the range of diets, exercise, and all other suggestions. I would really be interested for this information.
