The claims they make about taking care of your cravings, and the weight faling off quickly, are in my experience a load of bull. I did this with a friend and our diets were almost identical, extremely restrictive, and while she is losing weight, it is no more that .5 to 1kg a week. She's also struggling to stay on it and has strong cravings all the time.
