TEXAS (Houston) The Houston PCOSA July meeting has been scheduled for Wednesday, July 23 at 7:00pm. The guest speaker will be a hair laser removal specialist. The NYC Chapter is alive and well...and very happy to report we have a new permanent home for all of our meetings!! Rochelle Rice's In Fitness & In Health has moved to it's own new location at 555 Third Ave. between 36th and 37th Sts. (http://www.RochelleRice.com for info about fitness classes, events, Open House, etc.) Rochelle has graciously agreed to provide us with a space to meet and hold events...this is a huge advantage for our Chapter as meeting space in NYC is usually extremely expensive and hard to come by...our Chapter has no operating budget so we would never be able to afford space if it were not for Rochelle's dedication to helping women with PCOS. On that note, our next meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, July 30th from 6-8pm. We will be doing an informal support group....focusing on maintaining a sense of femininity while dealing with the symptoms of PCOS...but our discussion will be open for any and all issues, concerns,ideas you may have...it will be an Open Forum. Please come and join us in our new meeting space! A nominal donation of $5-$10 is requested to cover operating expenses to support our Chapter.
