I always suggest low carb/gi diet with exercise...however since I have been off the glucaphage I haven't lost a pound. I eat right and exercise, but it isn't coming off. Anyone else have this problem? I am going to try to get my gyn to put me back on it for 6 months to a year to see if it helps.

Be Well,
