Re: Looking for thoughts on the GI Diet?

I just spent the last couple of hours reading up on the research and workings of the diet. It explains why all the fresh fruit and vegies haven't been making a big difference. I'm going to give it a shot. I may have to stick with only the really low GI foods to see results but it would be worth it to keep my insulin down.

Thanks, Missy, for the heads up.
