Well, ramjet032000@yahoo.com . It looks like your are the new overweight specialist for us PCOS women online. So you are telling us, that if us women stop eating like "FREAKING PIG and utilize EXERCISE" like all the other skinny women in the world, will help all of the overweight women become that whooping size 4, is that what you are telling us? Hmmm, no shit Sherlock? Does your advise apply to those with metabolic disorders, thyroid problems, and hormonal imbalances? I am sure those ones who are already skinny out there in the world are achievers because of you and your great advise? Correct me if I'm wrong, or wait all skinny people eat correct and exercise that is why the obesity problem doesn't exist with them, right? Need I say more Ramjet032000? I have a word of advise for you, before you try to criticize and be a smart ass with someone looking for answers, put your facts together firsts!!!!!!! Thank you.

Daehlia
