Hi Dont know if i'm a bit late but would love to here any advice you can give about this diet. I'm seeing a dietian but she doesn't recognise pcos as a diet problem, well not like i've discovered on this site. She seems to be advising me to eat all the things i shouldn't. its so confusing i'm hoping this site will allow me to concentrate on the things that will make a differance physically and mentally. my email hcassidy25@hotmail.com
