Hi there, I recently found out (last week) that I have PCOS. Well, at least this let's me know that I'm not going crazy, well in most cases. However, I have become very depressed and really feel like I have nobody to talk to regarding this issue. I am 5'4" and around 215. I need to lose weight and be more active and eat alot heathlier. I do not like sweets, so that helps alot, it's just what I do have, I can't lose. I'm very large around my mid-section (my tummy) and the rest, is just added weight. I'm not sure how much longer I really can hang out here on this limb alone, so I thought I'd call out and see if anyone else is interested in started a daily e-mail list or chat group. I'm willing to set up a spreadsheet where if we want to track our weight loss, goals, and whatever else, just let me know. I'm located in Indianapolis, Indiana but would be more than willing to help or be a buddy to someone in other areas. Please let me know if anyone is interested.
