-- I was diagnosed with PCOS last Friday. I suspected it for awhile. I have had weight that would not budge, acne and late periods for years. I adopted a vegetarian diet 4 months ago and that led me to giving up dairy two weeks ago. What a difference! My face is completely clear, my weight is starting to go down and I got my period early and I am having no cramps. I am absolutely amazed by how much cutting out dairy has improved my life.
