I know what you mean - I have just started low carbing it and have been hunting for a splenda sweetened drink. Then, during a trip to Cost Plus International Market, where I go for my sugar-free Torani syrups, I was to discover that they are sweetened with splenda! A real find - and they come in several flavors: black cherry, raspberry, vanilla, almond, chocolate,hazelnut... no calories and no carbs. They taste great added to ice water (especially the vanilla), decaf coffee or tea, depending on the flavor. You can see them on http://www.torani.com.
