PCOS, diet & exercise

Hi. I was diagnosed with PCOS about six years ago, but my doctor knew nearly nothing about it. Subsequent visits to new Ob-Gyns resulted in suggesting the pill, which I avoided for a long while. I just started Yasmin, which my doctor said 'promoted' weight loss. But here's the deal: I am 27, i have a healthy diet (vegetarian) and I exercise frequently (i run 4x a week, bike appx. 50-75 miles a week, and hike.) Nonetheless, my figure does not reflect this lifestyle. Are there any active women out there who have found healthy solutions to their stubborn weight problems? Thanks-- heather
