I am also interested in the diet if you could send it to me. Are you
able to post it on the site?

I have definitely altered recipes and come up with some great
alternatives. You can put whole wheat flour in just about anything that
calls for regular flour. You can substitute sweeteners in whole or
part. That's what I do when I want a treat - muffins or cookies made
healthier. Apple, carrot or banana nut muffins are great with a little
whole wheat flour, and the sugars in the fruit are better for you than
table sugar.
Mostly, though, I just avoid meals that are largely carb-based (pasta
dishes, rice dishes, etc.). And when making dinner I skip the starch -
just meat and veg.
Lost 28 lbs and counting :-)
