Hey i have a tip on dieting. I am 22 and i getting married and we want to have a baby when we do and i have been over weight for about all my life and i never had my period either. Now i have been going to weight watchers for about 5 months and i have lost 42.6 lbs i weighed in 5 months ago at 240lbs and now i am at 197!! i feel so much better and it was the easiest "diet" i have ever done. You can eat what you want and actually don't have to exercise (god knows i don't :) the trick is eating more of the good things and counting the points. Well they will give you all the details if you wish to go, i know its the best thing thats ever happened to me. To find a meeting in your area go to weightwatchers.com.
