It does work. Since they do blood tests, they can determine what you should and should not eat, not only to lose weight, but also to be healthy. The only difficult thing about the diet is that you can eat almost no bread, potatoes, etc. If you follow it strictly, you should lose about 1 pound per week. I don't and I still manage to lose about half a pound per week.
