Hi!
My name is Linda and I was diagnosed with PCOS last summer (at age
22)....its almost been a year since. I was also very thin although I am
shorter ( 5 Feet tall weighed 100 lbs) Now I weigh 130 lbs and I
exercise 4 days a week and I cannot shed even ONE pound...or loose ANY
inches!!! I would love it if you can help me out....I feel so unhealthy.
I feel like its useless to exercise but I do it anyway because I have
been athletic all my life and for fear that I may gain more weight.
I now have to deal with the fact that this will be an issue for the rest
of my life and I despratley want to feel like my little old self again.
Please help me...I am VERY intereseted in the program that has helped
you!
Thank you so much!
-Linda
