Burgers, Hotdogs & Drinks Provided. Please bring a dish to share.

The covered group picnic area is located close to the miniature train, the carousel and the childrens play area, so lots of things to keep the kids busy.

Come meet the new board, and local members, have fun, eat some good food and enjoy family activities. There will be an info table for new members, (including a sampling of PCOS books, low carb books, fliers from local services you might be interested in, such as hair removal etc.).

Who: PCOS community in Ohio

What: Pot Luck Get-Together for Care-n-Share - Please bring your favorite dish. I will have the place settings and water to drink. If you would like something else to drink please bring your own.

Where: American Dairy Association & Dairy Council Mid East in Columbus, Ohio, 5950 Sharon Woods Blvd.

Directions: From 1-71 take the 161 - Dublin Granville Road exit. Go east for approximately a mile. Go north on Sharon Woods Blvd (only goes north). There's a National City Bank on the corner and a oil change place. The building is the fifth one on the right - brown brick with a green roof. There are two buildings identical - we are the second one.

When: Wednesday, May 21, 2003 at 7 P.M.

TEXAS (Houston)

The next meeting will be Tuesday, May 27 at 7:00pm at Dr. Allon's office. The address is 9055 Katy Freeway, Suite 450, Houston, TX 77024. The intersection is I-10 and Campbell Road. Fred Emmite will be speaking on nutrional supplements and PCOS. Please RSVP to me if you will be attending the meeting.

In other news Dr. Allon and Fred Emmite will be featured on CBS news (KHOU) Monday, May 5, 2003. They will be speaking on PCOS and nutrition.

Also, the Houston chapter of PCOSA is now officialy a Chapter in Formation (CIF). this is great news as we will now be able to do fundraising activities. The Houston PCOSA Board Members would like to develop a support list of women with contact numbers. If you would like to be on this list please email me your information.
