Hi Kim
I am waiting to be diagnosed, however i do feel all the symptoms I have
relate to PCOS. Monthly spots - rash like under the chin, hair loss,
hair gain, mood swings, difficulty in loosing weight, can put weight on
very very quickly and puffiness of the legs. Doesnt it sound
wonderful!!!!
I am very interested in the diet you listed below and before I look at
it in more detail, I was wondering how you were getting on.
I used to go to the gym 3 times a week, and a couple of years ago i lost
2 stone. I now have no energy to go to the gym and find it difficult to
maintain my weight. I am hoping that this diet could help me with this.
I am very fussy with food and do not like any veggies, can not eat salad
but do enjoy boiled rice. I am hoping this would be allowed!
Look forward to your reply
