Yes, you can still ovulate even with cyst on both ovaries. I'm 35 weeks pregnant with my 4th child. We did have some difficulty with the 4th pregnancy. Went to a fertility specialist who ran a series of test and found that I have high insulin levels, even though my glucose and glucose tolerance was high. So i was started on glucophage which has been a great drug for me. However, it does have some GI side effects. He wanted me to start clomid to help me ovulate. I would not take the drug unitl he did a follicle scan first to determine that I was making eggs on my own. Thank God I was. Good luck.
