Hello, I currently take Metformin 1000mg, Spironalactone 50mg, Wellbutrin, and ortho-tri-cyclin. I took clomid after 5 years of infertility and had twins that are now 8 years old. I had to take Clomid for six months at the maximum dose to get pregnant. Good luck.

When I started have my cycles everything was normal. Then my cycles suddenly stopped followed by an excessive gain of weight (about 150lbs), facial hair, acne, loss of hair, increased breast size (44FF), mood swings, depresion...etc. BUT here's the catch that as got me stumped. Every time I have had test ran, everything comes back NORMAL. I've had all the medical test done know to diagnose PCOS They all come back normal. (hormones, thyroid, sugar levels..etc.) I"ve tried drugs, diets, herbs everything and nothing is working. Has anyone else had this problem?
