I went to see Dr Balen (Nuffield hospital Leeds) his number is 0113 392 2728. I have also been to see a specialist at the Salford (hope)hospital but didnt get much joy from there. At the moment im under Dr Buckler (manchester based practice) Her telephone number is 0161 787 5146 I went to see these specialists privately, but im sure you can get an NHS appointment if need be. Hope this is of some help. Ive also found the 'Verity' group very helpful. Im not sure if youve heard of them or not but they are a charity for pcos and have 3 monthly news letters and give you all the latest info on the syndrome. I think the joining fee is £25 per year but well worth it. YOu can find there website and phone number on the web.
