Simple... it does not have an ingredients label. For those who have been emailing me directly... please forgive my not getting back to you. I have a very hectic schedule and I am getting ready to move to Florida. The eating plan is simple but not easy to follow. If you do not touch anything with an Ingredients label, 90% of the battle is one... the other 10% is curbing potatoes, rice, and high carb veggies and that is it! Like I said, simple, but not easy to commit too. I have lost 43 pounds doing this... and still have a ways to go. And yes, I cheat all the time. But it is small cheats... like I cannot live without one little piece of chocolate once in a while... and I love Pringles... but it takes me 2 weeks to go through a can. Stuff like that... Oh, a few more hints... I take twice the daily Mega dose of a woman's Multi (I checked with my Doc first of course), and I do not even look at caffeine (except the chocolate). And just a word to the wise... taking Hydroxicut, Metabolife, Stacker 2, or anything containing ephedra or caffeine, you might as well jump off a bridge and save yourself time. You are killing yourself faster and lessening your chances to get pregnant. I am sorry to sound so harsh, but any doctor will tell you the same. No drugs (Metformin, Spironolactone, and Birth control are all I take), no quick fix, and no credit card payments, it just works. And if you want it to work even faster, then get your heart pumping for at least 30 minutes a day... even if that means Sex (for you married ladies only that is... this is a family show)... remember it is a great workout and a lot more fun than the Stairmaster! (hope you all got a giggle) Just one more little hint.. put on the radio when you are cleaning.. you will burn more calories without even realizing you are bopping around your house.
