I started the Lipotrim diet on 27th December 2002. the night before i ate a massive bowl of Spagetti
Bolognese and a full chocolate orange - but started with avengence the next day. I have been on the programme for 9 weeks
now and have lost 50 pounds. I am so pleased! My clothes are hanging off me and i
i am very exited. I have another 5 stone to go - but i consider it will be worth it.

I am sure you will agree that the first few days are murder - you are fighting with yourself all the time and after 1 week i was so close to having a ham andwich it was untrue.

The pharmacy where i go now has over 40 members on the lipotrim programme - when i started there were only around 5 -

I would love to hear from anyone on the programme - so we can healp ad support each other through the coming months.
