It is obvious that you are ovulating because you have had 2 pregnancies.You would be wise to ask your doctor if he would do an ultrsound scan to determine the size of the cysts, other than that they dont really cause many problems and will certainly not be the cause of your miscarriage, Eventually you will learn to deal with any problems they may cause and once you are happy with the size of you family they become insignificant.
