Just saw this message and wanted to mention something. I've been on Met. for three years and it was NOT because I wanted to get pregnant. Met. completely reversed PCOS for me. I had non-functioning ovaries, almost no periods, excess body hair, high testosterone, high cholesterol, and some other common nasties associated with PCOS. All of those things are NORMAL now because of taking Met. It gave me regular cycles, and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to reverse or help with PCOS, not just those who want to be pregnant.
