Jessica, I LOVE weight watchers. I had a baby in June of 2002 and I quickly lost my baby weight, but it was really hard keeping it off. I was 197 pre-pregnancy and after I had the baby, I have lost over 25 additional lbs and am down to 172. I feel really great. It has taken me 6 months so far, but it is very well worth it. It really teaches you how to live with food. I hope this helps. Let me know if you have any other questions. Tami
