Just thought I would share that I have also been told NOT to do the low-carb diet as it is not the best way to go and Weight Watchers was a good option to learn to eat healthy and you could cut down your carbs while on that diet also. Many more items of food than we realize contain carbs; I would recommend reading the Adkins diet book just for carb information. It is very helpful if you are wanting to cut back on carbs and lose weight without completely cutting them out of your diet; which is almost impossible. Personally, I'm no good at dieting; was recently diagnosed with PCOS about 3 months ago and may have endometreosis to go with it; also had NASH which could have been linked to the crazy hormone imbalances that comes with PCOS. Needless to say, I have not had time to consider dieting very much. I'm actually going to beging monday on a low carb diet. Anyway, let me know how you do. kristyandjoseph@scbclgobal.net
