Hi, I ordered the book on Amazon and read half of it last night. It seems to make a lot of sense and be very easy. They clearly state that it is not a diet- but a lifestyle change. It is what they call a "link and balance". The idea is that you never eat more than 30 grams of carb at a time. And as that would be two servings of carb, you would have to balance it with 2 oz of protein. So if you eat 15 grams of carb, you eat 1 oz of protein. They give you pages of lists of how much a carb serving is of breads, fruits etc. I only just started, but I feel good so far and am excited about how easy it is. It is great to know exactly how much carb I should eat at a time. The recomend that you eat 3-5 meals per day... it all seems to make a lot of sense. You can eat extra protein if you are hungry, or extra veggies, but not extra carb. Any carb you eat has to be balanced. Hope this helps.
