I dont get much time to post here but I just wanted to share things that are going on in my life. DEC.25, 2002 I weighed 265 as of today Feb 20, 2003 I weigh 220. I have lost 65 lbs. I am so much happier. Yes ladies we can all do it. I takes hard work and mood swings. I just had to get my mind straight and want to do it bad enough. I am a 41yr old x housewife. Yes I was a house wife for 20 years and yes I am still happily married. But I needed more in my life I needed an Identity of my own. The kids were a lot older and didnt need mommy much any more. SO I got on a rescue squad and volunteered. as of now I have volunteered almost 5 yrs. I have gone to night school for 3 yrs. now and finished. I am now a Paramedic. I cant believe. Well guess what It was hard getting in and out of that big ole truck. I was out of breath. I had to do something. SO I started the Low Carb thingy. ANd yes I am happy with it. I am very stricked with it. I weigh in every morning at home and use my ketose's strips faitfully every morning. I am going to finish what I started. YOu no why. Because I owe it to my self and no one else. Yes I have PCOS and have had it long before anyone knew what I had. DX> 5 yrs ago. It was then my excuse for being fat. Yes ladies Fat thats what i am. But ha I am losing. They say ugly is bone deep but weight you can lose. SO ladies. If we al stick together we can wope this thing. YOu know why. cause we are women we deserve better of this world. I am behind all of you. I will talk with you. and yes I still have a big shoulder to cry on. I will even give you my phone number if you email me. we can talk. I am not the same person I was a yr. ago I am a better person. BUt I owe it all to GOD. God Bless you all Tami V.
