It will give you the exchanges to eat and at the begining of each chapter of each exchange (i.e. protein, fat, fruit, vegetables, bread and milk) it will give you the different types of exchanges and amount to equal one exchange. I simply copied each page I needed and made myself a notebook to keep up with what I can eat. You can also make a counter for yourself by going to your computer and list the daily exchanges you can have and make your own little boxes to check off (which is what I did when I was on it before). I too, had great success with the Quick Start Program from Weight Watchers. I stuck to it very seriously and went from a size 18 to a 4-5 in 4 months. Good luck to you all.
