I was bascially put on birth control and told that I know how to treat it - diet and exercise. I began just putting on weight and could not figure out why and why I could not lose wieght. So for someone to tell you to simply diet and exercise does not have a wieght problem or a clue. I have been doing alot of research and I will pass anything on to you that I can. I've read some on carbs and from what I am seeing you need some carbs, low amounts. I have ordered a couple of books if there is any helpful info. I will be sure to pass it along. Take Care and Good Luck !! Heather
