Jennifer,

Question for you! how many carbs a day were you letting yourself have I have restricted myself off all pasta, bread etc.. but eat soup which are low in Carbs the ones I can find which are fresh.. etc.

I am taking 1500Mg a day of Metformin, and have also cut down my sugar in take, in a hope that i will start feeling better again soon.

I'm pleased it has worked for you.
