Hi All,
I have recently started using Vitex also and went from no proper periods
for 6 months (only spotting) to having a normal period, 3 days after
taking it! I don't know if there were any other factors at play, as in
perpetual stress from not getting it for so long or something, but i am
happy with the product. I was hoping whether any of you, if you take it
too late in the day, have been experiencing night sweats at discomfort
at night though? I forgot to take it in the mornning yesterday so I took
it last night, and I woke up in pain and going hot/cold/hot/cold. Also,
has anyone else experienced such a rapid return of their periods?
Thanks!
Kell
