Use it cold though, such as on salad dressings, as it breaks down under any kind of heat. It has a nice light flavor. I love mixing it with liquid amino acids and ginger to make an oriental dressing. > ----- Original Message ----- I just had my cholesterol retested for the first time since Nov 2001. The good news is in that period of time, most of the markers have improved - cholesterol, triglycerides, and LDL are all within the normal range (YAHOO!) but my HDL are pathetically low. Does anyone know of a dietary adjustment that is recommended for raising HDL?
