WARNING, YOU STILL NEED BIRTHCONTROL!!!

It was discovered that i had pcos about 5 years, with the warning that if I was to conceive I would probably need to resort to fertility treatments. However since the initial diagnosis I had lost about 45lbs,(well actually 60 lbs then put about 15 back on), however i was still 187lbs which is overweight. While talking to my Dr about 4 months ago he suggested that I see a specialist because i had just gotten married and might want to consider my options regarding having children. However I declined because of my financial situation and the fact I was considering treatment for clinical depression. However there was always that little part of me that resented being infirtile, and on a subconcious level I did hope for a happy accident. After years of not giving birth control a second thought, it seemed as though it was likely i would never conceive. However a week ago I found out I was pregnant. My reaction was very surprising. Instead of being happy about this I feel doomed and realise I am not ready to become a mom. Maybe in the months to come things will get better however right now I realise ignoring contraception was a mistake. Just because you have pcos does not mean you are completely infertile. If you have any doubts about wanting children TAKE PRECAUTIONS!! Polycistic ovaries does not elimnate the need for contraception!!!
