Anyone taking Metformin should be really careful of supplements like Advocare. I was taking them and having a problem with passing out and getting light headed and dizzy. My Dr. informed me it was because the Metformin makes my cells absorb far more of the metabolism boosters those supplements use than the makers ever intended. They are a good product for people who don't have a drug interaction though.
