I understand what you are going through. I weigh 240 lbs, and have tried very hard to motivate myself. I've learned that some people just aren't self motivators. I am one of those. I enlisted a friend to push me to exercise. She calls and asks me if I've made it to the gym today. I'm embarassed to let her know that I haven't, so I try to make it a point to go. Just knowing that she is there to encourage and support me has helped. I'm not saying I'm going as much as I should. But I've got a start. Good Luck!!
