Krista,

I weigh 212 and need to lose 80-90 and can not get myself motivated what so ever. I have PCOS and IR and am taking Glucaphage XR. I have been very depressed about my weight. There is a book that I have heard about that I need to get - Insulin Resistance diet. It is has strick as Atkins I hear. But I can't even get excited about it, if I was I know I would have the book by now.
