Thanks LeeAnn, Clay my husband is very supportive and would do the
low-carb eating but he is a type 1 diabetic so we have to count his
carbs etc. You would think this would help keep me on track but no. It
also sucks that he can eat all the hihg carb food and not gain weight
from it. He is trying to help me get started on this as well, and I
know I really need to start exercising it just seems so hard to start.
Keep telling myself to start tomorrow AM and then I blow it, but maybe
I'll ask Clay to go walking with me.
